Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? Here are the things clients often ask before they begin coaching.
What happens when I first reach out?
We begin with a conversation. I listen to what is bringing you here, understand what you are hoping for, and help you identify the kind of support that may be most appropriate.
How do I know whether I need individual work, family/couple counselling or a group experience?
You don’t have to decide on your own. Tell me what you are experiencing and we can explore which format would best support you.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both options are available, depending on the type of work and current availability. Online sessions are offered through Zoom, and in-person work is available at selected Healing Grace locations.
How many sessions will I need?
There is no universal number. Some concerns may benefit from a focused session or short journey, while deeper patterns may require more time. We can review the work as we go rather than deciding everything in advance.
What approaches do you use?
The work may draw from therapeutic conversation, coaching, NLP, EFT, somatic awareness, hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, Inner Child work, Energy Flow®, Reiki, meditation and intuitive practices. The approach is chosen according to the person and the intention of the work.
Can I come even if I don’t know exactly what is wrong?
Absolutely. You do not need a perfectly defined problem. Sometimes the first step is simply having a safe space to understand what you are feeling.
Do you offer couple and family counselling?
Yes. Family Therapy and Couple Counselling are part of the individual work offered through Healing Grace.
Do you offer group experiences and retreats?
Yes. Healing Grace offers Group Facilitation, Transformation Seminars and immersive retreat experiences such as Veshyam.
Is Tarot Counselling fortune-telling?
Tarot Counselling at Healing Grace is positioned as a reflective and intuitive practice. The cards can help you explore perspectives, patterns, questions and possibilities; they are not presented as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or legal advice.
